Welcome to Newton Commercial Delivery and Payment Page
All our products are made in the UK by craftsmen and women at our factories in Suffolk. Stock items are shipped out within the week as we have a good stock holding for fast moving items. If we do not have the item in stock it may take up to 4 weeks production during our busy times. (upto 6 weeks for complete seats)
We will only send fully completed orders. You will get an email back within 24 hours stating delivery times on all internet orders.
Delivery within the United Kingdom
You will see as you navigate through the Shopping Basket, that delivery charges are automatically calculated. There are basically two UK carriage charges:-
a) for parcels up to 1kg we send 1st Class by Royal Mail post and will cost £6.50 including VAT.
b) for parcels over 1kg up to 30kg or of high value we will send via express 24hr courier which will cost £11.95 including VAT (Next day delivery UK mainland).
Delivery within EU countries
As you navigate through the shopping basket, delivery charges for certain EU countries will be automatically applied. Goods can take 3-4 days to arrive and tracking numbers can be sent on request.
a) for parcels up to 1kg we send by Royal Mail post and will cost £10 including VAT.
b) for parcels over 1kg up to 30kg or of high value we will send via express Euro courier which will be worked out per individual country at check out.
Delivery outside Europe
Because of the many different carriage costs to overseas countries we can only confirm your shipping charge when we have received your order. We will treat this as a quote and email back an exact shipping quote within 24 working hours. We will then advise you of this carriage cost and if you accept we will process your order. Goods can take 5-7 days to arrive and tracking numbers can be sent on request.
Payment Information
All web orders payments are secured through our online payment gateway provider Sagepay. This is the safest and easiest way to pay online. Full payment will be taken at final point of order and processed from your bank account immediately. Please remember that we manufacture all our products in house and it will take 4 weeks. On rare occasions, suppliers may let us down so the lead time maybe longer, but we will keep you informed at all times.
All orders taken over the phone at Newton Commercial will be processed at the point of delivery through our PDQ machine.
If you want to pay by cheque, please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
