RED CARPET DELAY

We make all our products in house and we buy raw materials such as carpet and vinyl from UK suppliers. Buying British is our ethos and we are proud that we support UK manufacturing, in our opinion, we still make the best stuff! It also allows us to visit suppliers if they have a problem and talk through various options, not just talk to reps who buy product on price from the overseas.
We have visited our carpet supplier several times in the last month as we have had an issue with our red carpet. They have not been able to consistently supply batches the same colour, so we have been getting with different shades in a roll. Its down to different shades in the fibre bales.
We are trying to source a new supplier, but as our volumes are so low (a mere 5 tonnes per order) we are struggling. If we buy 50 tonnes we are OK, but its 25 years stock!!
So we have a delay in red carpet on any new orders, it may be a couple of weeks it may be a few months until we get this right. Don't worry we will and we will keep you posted, so please still order if you want red carpet or simply choose another colour!
